Dr. Triana is originally from the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Union College (Schenectady, NY) where he graduated summa cum laude. He was also selected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
Dr. Triana earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. During his time at the University of Maryland, he was awarded the Hanau™ Best of the Best: Excellence in Prosthodontics Award, which is presented to graduating dentists who have excelled in the study and clinical applications of prosthodontics.
Interested in providing the highest quality of dental care for his patients, Dr. Triana chose to pursue advanced training in the post-graduate Prosthodontic Residency Program at the University of Maryland. While completing his residency program, Dr. Triana also obtained a Master of Science degree in Bio-Medical Sciences.
Dr. Triana enjoys volunteering his time supporting sensory-inclusive community programming for Neurodivergent and Autistic children. He is passionate about participating as a community helper to facilitate an improved relationship between local communities and their dental care providers.
